Service Description
Elevance Financial helps you research and claim funds held by government agencies that may belong to you. We are a private company, not a government agency and not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice.
Your Right to Claim Directly
You may be able to claim funds directly from the agency holding them without paying a fee. Using our services is always your choice.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information and the documents an agency requires to process your claim, and for cooperating with our team so your claim can succeed.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to recover your funds, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Our fee is contingent on success and is stated in a written agreement you sign before we begin. You pay nothing up front, and nothing at all if no funds are recovered. Fees are subject to any limits set by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Elevance Financial Services is organized, except where the law of the state holding your funds applies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not alter any written agreement you have already signed.
